A superb yiḏaki from Marikuku for those players, who are looking for a highly-charged, versatile yiḏaki to practice the traditional playing styles of Northeast Arnhem Land. Despite the high backpressure it is an easy-to-play stick with sharp acoustics, responsive to tongue movements, the transition between the drone and toot is smooth – the drone plays below the drone, that is rare and sound pretty amazing.
